Generations of Australians have enjoyed their stringybark honey. It’s not as light or sweet as yellow box so comes with quite a bit of character.
Our Stringybark Honey is rich and malty, with good depth and tones of caramel too. it’s a slightly stronger, more sophisticated honey.
We harvest it in the Northern Tablelands of NSW, and sometimes along our coastal areas too depending on the season.
NB: Due to quarantine laws, our honey and beeswax is not able to be sent from NSW to WA or Kangaroo Island. Please do not order for delivery to these regions.

The scientific facts
The trees’ are part of the Stringybark family of Myrtaceae in the eucalyptus species. It can be quite a large tree and is found in NSW where we and our bees live and work.
