How do you feel about Australian honey?

A research survey is being run by the NSW Department of Primary Industries to get a better understanding of how honey purchasers feel about Australian honey.

To take part in the honey survey, follow this link. It will only take a few minutes.

The idea is to discover what motivates you to buy Australian honey, how you use it and a little about what you know about Australian honey types.

It’s a critical time for Australian honey producers and eaters with a flood of imported honey and what’s known as ‘artificial honey’ coming into Australia from overseas, even being blended with local product.

The DPI’s project lead is Dr Soumi Paul Mukhopadhyay and we look forward to hearing and sharing the results.

In the meantime, if you want to get your hands on some 100% Australian honey, direct from the beekeepers who care for the bees and bottle the honey, you can find stockists of The BeeKeeper® honey via our honey stockists page, find us at markets in Port Macquarie or order direct from us online here.

Thanks so much for your support of Australian beekeepers and have a sweet rest of the day!
